An Educational Adventure Full of Memories with Dad!
Children, together with their dads or grandfathers, explored the park’s protagonists, Mediterranean plants, and their role in folklore, mythology, and ancient art. Through riddles and nature games, they discovered the Southern Paths and unveiled Mediterranean treasures. Afterwards, they had the opportunity to paint and decorate a terracotta pot inspired by ancient Greek ceramic art, planting their own Mediterranean plant to take home as a keepsake.
A big thank you to the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center for our collaboration!

The program aimed to raise awareness about the environment and forest ecosystems while encouraging storytelling, hands-on learning, creativity, and teamwork.
Secret Garden School warmly thanks Axion Hellas for this wonderful initiative and collaboration!

“A Morning Walk” is an evolving artistic game that continuously presents new challenges and solutions by merging form, space, and movement. In this workshop, children played freely, balanced, carried, and created their own unique forest—the one they built with their hands!
The program included 50 wooden pieces forming a 3D puzzle. These water-based, safely painted pieces varied in size from 32 cm to 2 meters and depicted flowers, branches, leaves, and abstract patterns. Each piece had at least one slot to connect with others, with some featuring up to four.
Secret Garden School sincerely thanks I.M. Karras Kindergarten for their outstanding cooperation and support!

Vorres Museum
The workshop was a great success, with Alina demonstrating how to create a centerpiece inspired by the museum’s surroundings, colors, and local produce, using sustainable floristry techniques. Participants were then guided through creating and styling an alternative tablescape, incorporating local fruits and vegetables into the design. On Sunday, Alina introduced a large-scale installation, where, through collaborative effort and various floristry mechanics, the group created a site-specific floral artwork.
A big thank you to the Vorres Museum for their wonderful collaboration and support in bringing this workshop to life!
Alina Dheere has a background in Art History, Theatre and Performance (Goldsmiths) and works across different disciplines, offering flower styling, botanical set design, multi-sensorial events, large-scale installation work, concept creation and teaching. She has consulted and worked with clients across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, and has taught floristry at McQueens International Flower School and the London Flower School. She uses flowers both as an artistic medium and a tool for communication, often drawing from theatre and performance practices and sees flowers as performative elements, never in a neutral state. She is constantly exploring how we experience nature’s relationship with technology and vice versa.
Through her workshops around the world, she wishes to encourage participants to develop their own creative vision so that they are not limited to traditional floral design techniques.
